Spermidine: This polyamine induces autophagy, a cellular process that facilitates the degradation of damaged proteins and organelles, thereby promoting cellular renewal and longevity. Spermidine activates the autophagy-initiating kinase, ULK1, and inhibits the mTORC1 complex, a negative regulator of autophagy. Furthermore, spermidine has been shown to enhance the expression of key autophagy-related genes, such as ATG5 and ATG7, through epigenetic modifications. I bought a 2-month supply. I'm 3 weeks into it and they asked me to review. As of right now I'm not certain. I think I feel the effects subtly I don't know. I'm just hoping that it's working lol
I had high hopes for the Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol, but unfortunately it didn’t deliver. After following the instructions closely for several weeks, I didn’t notice any improvement in energy, focus, or overall well-being. For the price, I expected something more effective.
