It's Rod here, a project specialist here at Renue by Science.
Normally, I leave the blog writing to our copywriter, Heather, but I wanted to share an experience that my wife April had with our Quercetin product. (That's her in the photo at the top.)
You see, for many years, April has struggled with severe histamine issues, including a constantly blocked nose, itchy eyes, tiredness, lethargy, and sensitivity to a wide variety of foods.
She tried many different interventions for long periods, including taking expensive products like DAO, but nothing seemed to make a significant difference.
That changed when her functional doctor recommended that she start taking Quercetin.
April began taking three times the usual recommended dose—six capsules a day—and within about a week, she noticed a signicant improvement in her symptoms, much more than any other supplement had been able to give her.
April found that she wasn’t having the same reactions to some of her favorite foods, like strawberries and tomatoes, and generally felt a better sense of well-being than her baseline.
I realize that this is just anecdotal evidence, and this should not be considered medical advice, but perhaps Quercetin could help you too if you face similar issues. It is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in fruits and vegetables and appears to have several mechanisms to help support your immune system.
You can read more about the studies on Quercetin in this article over on Longevity Clips.
To your health,
Rod Bland
